EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

 

Healing is not about forgetting what has happened in your life, but releasing the emotional charge holding you back, and moving on. That’s where EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) will help you to heal.

 

Think of a garden hose. When there’s no kink in the hose the water runs freely. When you put a kink in the hose, the water either stops flowing entirely, or just dribbles out the end.

 

That’s what happens to the energy system in our bodies.

 

Everyone is a unique individual, and when you experience something that’s traumatic to you, a kink will appear in your energy system. This can create emotional and / or physical dis-ease. Fear will disrupt the flow of your energy and can create blockages, which in turn can create emotional and / or physical pain.

 

If you don’t listen to the whispers, your body may start to shout

 

That’s where EFT can be a great tool to manage the stress you’re experiencing. It will take you 5 minutes to learn the Basic Recipe and a lifetime to master. You can manage your own day-to-day stressors but you may want to consult a practitioner for the bigger things you can’t release on your own.
